Radical thinking allows me to challenge conventional norms, explore bold ideas, and envision innovative system design, while a practical mindset helps me adapt to wicked design problems and deliver tangible impact.

As a strong advocate for co-creation, I enjoy using community engagement as a powerful tool for user research.
